Hello VOC Neighbors!

The Agape Community Center is having a backpack drive to provide underprivileged children in our area with backpacks filled with school supplies to prepare them for the upcoming school year. You may or may not be familiar with the Agape Center which is located on Bolton Road and coordinates many activities and events for children and the elderly on our side of town.

If you would like to donate a filled backpack for a child, please drop it off at our house by July 30th. They will be distributed on August 6th at their Back to School Celebration. Each pack should be filled with these items:

Pack of Pencils
Notebook Paper
Ruler
Pair of Scissors
Pack of Crayons
Glue Stick

If you are unable to donate a backpack, please just help by spreading the word! Call or email me with questions. Their website is www.agapecc.org.
