Here is a link to the PDF that shows what's going in on the southwest corner. Looks like some higher end retail, some unknown outlots, and potentially some roof top restaurants. That would def be a great view of the city on a clear night.

also.. the KFC over near the northeast corner of the same intersection is being torn down. I don't know it if will be replaced or not.

I do wonder how many truck loads of fill dirt it took to bring that up to street level!

Not to be a negative nellie, but this landlord is a well-known pain in the rear end to deal with.

I spoke to a contact in the industry, and larger (national) retailers are currently steering clear of the space until they can prove the viability of the location.
